Global Supply Chain Manager for ARRW ProgramYou will be a Global Supply Chain Manager for the Air-Launched Rapid Response Weapon (ARRW) program. Our team is responsible for delivering cutting-edge hypersonic solutions that keep our customers mission-ready. As the Global Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of subcontract professionals that manage supply chain execution, with a focus on the LRIP production life-cycle. You will be operating in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment, and you'll own the end-to-end process, from critical supplier negotiations, to navigating accelerated delivery timelines and executing risk mitigation & opportunity identification strategies that will shape the future of our program.What you will be doing:Manages subordinate teams overseeing subcontractors or critical subcontracted systems for all contract types and programsEnsuring compliance with contractual requirements and company policiesYour responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Directs and manages all costs, quality, schedule, financial, and technical performance requirements that are levied on the subcontractor or the product family and are required to ensure performance and support of the contract milestones of the system.Develops sourcing and subcontract program management strategic plans that address overall program capture needs, execution, and risk management.Acts as the main focal point to the subcontractor and program management office.Make informed decisions affecting the performance of the subcontractor.Establishes milestone objectives to manage performance to committed schedules and contractual specifications.Leads a cross-functional team, normally composed of engineers, quality, and procurement personnel, to ensure successful subcontract execution and program delivery.Why Join Us: The ideal candidate is a collaborative, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at building strong supplier relationships.
