*Occupational Therapist (Early Intervention)*

Valens Group is looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist who is sincere, reliable, patient, compassionate, and full of positive energy.

Our ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a friendly, adaptable attitude who thrives in a dynamic environment. We value open-mindedness, cultural competence, and the ability to connect with families from diverse backgrounds. You will also collaborate closely with our in-house interpreters, who assist with schedule management and the development of cultural competence skills.

*Qualifications:*

* Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (required).
* Current Illinois state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist (required).
* Experience in the pediatric population. Ideal candidates have experience working with children with diverse needs, including autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, and sensory processing disorders. Strong passion for pediatric practice with a drive to develop your skills is accepted!
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Commitment to providing compassionate, family-centered care.
