About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead the financial transformation and growth of one of its portfolio companies. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the company's scale, with a focus on both organic and inorganic growth strategies. This role demands a passionate and committed leader with a strong background in multi-site services and a solid foundation in accounting and finance. The CFO will be responsible for leading the finance function, integrating and rebranding acquisitions, and must have a proven track record in M&A, particularly in the area of integration. The ideal candidate will have a tenure of 15-30 years, with experience as the #1 financial leader of a $50-100mm PE-backed services business or the #2 financial leader of a larger PE-backed services business. The CFO will be expected to honor the company's legacy while driving its future, and as such, a background in private equity is essential. The role is pivotal in the company's investment thesis, which aims to transform the business and drive significant growth within a 4-5 year period. The candidate should be a strategic thinker, capable of leading the company through a period of substantial change and expansion, and must be prepared to work closely with the private equity sponsor to achieve the ambitious growth targets.
