Job Overview Test Engineer Pipeline - All Levels at Northrop Grumman, Palmdale, CA. This role focuses on system test solution development and execution across multiple engineering disciplines. Responsibilities Synthesizes customer contractual needs into system test solutions that balance technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for completing systems. Coordinates integrated testing activities across teams. Reviews and evaluates test requirements to ensure completeness of the test program. Performs technical analysis of complete systems and prepares comprehensive system‑level evaluations. Qualifications Associate Level 1: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; 0 years of experience; must obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access (PAR). Associate Level 2: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; 2 years of experience or 0 years with a Master’s degree; must obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access (PAR). U.S. Citizenship required for all positions with a government clearance. Salary Salary ranges: $53,500 – $92,900 for Level 1; $64,600 – $112,300 for Level 2. Base pay may vary based on experience and market conditions. Eligible for discretionary bonuses and other incentives.
