Business Development Executive, Data & Digital Serviceds

We're currently looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a strategic sales executive with a strong hunting mindset and proven success in driving large managed services and annuity business to achieve healthy ARR growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead business development efforts focused on Digital Transformation, Cloud Migration, Data & Analytics, Application Modernization, and Application Managed Services (AMS) . Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within enterprise and mid-market accounts. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets. Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities across enterprise and mid-market clients in the US. Drive the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and opportunity qualification through proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal closure. Collaborate closely with partners (Microsoft, AWS, GCP) to execute co-sell motions and joint go-to-market initiatives. Leverage existing relationships and a strong local market network to expand our customer base. Ideal Profile: 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or IT Services Sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas and revenue targets. Experience selling into large enterprise organizations across multiple industries. Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or HubSpot. Strong track record in hunting and closing deals across Digital, Cloud, AI and Application Managed Services. Proven ability to generate pipeline and close multiple deals contributing to significant annual recurring revenue (ARR).
