Position Summary:Join the team at a great company as a temp-to-hire forklift operator in Mooresville, NC. As a forklift operator, you are a vital part of the process in an ever-changing warehouse environment.The forklift driver is responsible for unloading materials and merchandise from incoming trucks, racks, and storage areas and stacking them in an assigned place in the warehouse. Safety and accuracy are a must for this position. Responsibilities:-Operate forklifts and other hand trucks.-Must be able to use RF scanners-Must have experience with Warehouse Management Systems-Forklift will be only about 50% to 60% of the time; the rest of the time will be working on the floor-Locate and move material to the production lines-Use wireless RF Scanning equipment to ensure the accuracy of inventory- Load and unload material from trucks-Pick, wrap, and stage orders to be shipped or stored-Comply with company policies and guidelines and follow safety regulations-Maintain the work area in a clean, orderly condition-Inspect and perform basic maintenance of forklift and keep a safety log Requirements-Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions- Must possess a high regard for safety in the workplace-Maintain the production pace of other team members-Forklift Operator (1+ years of experience)-Driving test prior to offer (onsite evaluation)- Able to lift 50 lbs.- Must be able to work 12 hours shifts-May also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling of parts-Due to the warehouse environment, you must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions, including extreme heat, humidity, and cold. Morning Rotating: 36-hour work week rotating (3 days) to 48-hour next work week (4 days) Working every other weekendSchedule: 6:15AM-6:15PMPayrate: $17 Weekly Pay Or (If available) Overnight Rotating: 36-hour work week rotating (3 days) to 48-hour next work week (4 days) Working every other weekendSchedule: 6:15pm-6:15amPayrate: $18.00 weekly PayMultiple other shifts depending on needs. Solucion LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer, Minorities/ Females/ Veteran/ Disability/Gender Identify/Sexual Orientation.
