Part-Time Call Center Specialist - Bilingual

Upham’s Corner Health Committee is seeking a part-time Call Center Representative Level 1 who will provide excellent customer service to all callers and walk-ins. The representative will handle scheduling, ensure patient identification, and maintain thorough documentation. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, bilingual skills in English and Spanish or Cape Verdean Creole, and previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
