Your duties include evaluating patient status, planning and administering treatment modalities, and documenting patient progress. Your Day to Day & Essential Functions Work in a clinic setting with outpatient patients. Evaluate, plan, direct, and administer physical therapy modalities per physician orders. Assist patients to maximize performance within their capabilities. Document patient status changes accurately and promptly. Coordinate and supervise support staff (PTAs). Participate in department performance improvement, quality assurance, and other required activities. Assist with budget formulation and monitor department performance versus budget. Participate in infection control, equipment training, and safety programs. What You Need to Succeed Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Certificate in Physical Therapy Assistant. Valid license in the State of Ohio as a Physical Therapist. Ability to read and comprehend patient information. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
