This role is primarily focused on engaging with the public, promoting products and services, generating leads, and delivering exceptional customer experiences that strengthen brand awareness and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is outgoing, self-motivated, and comfortable interacting with customers in a variety of settings. In addition to event and retail responsibilities, this position will occasionally involve visiting previous customers to collect reviews, obtain referral business, and on rare occasions conduct door-to-door promotional outreach within designated areas. This position also requires responsibility for transporting, setting up, maintaining, and presenting company displays and promotional equipment in a clean, organized, and professional manner.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent the company professionally at trade shows, expos, retail locations, and promotional eventsEngage with prospective customers to educate them on products, services, and company offeringsGenerate leads and support sales initiatives through face-to-face customer interactionsTransport, assemble, maintain, and break down event displays, booths, signage, and promotional materialsEnsure all displays and equipment remain clean, functional, organized, and presentable to the publicBuild and maintain positive relationships with customers, retail partners, and event attendeesConduct occasional follow-up visits or outreach with previous customers to:Collect customer reviews and testimonialsRequest referrals and referral businessStrengthen customer relationships and brand loyaltyConduct occasional door-to-door promotional activities in assigned areas when neededAccurately collect customer information and maintain lead recordsAssist with inventory and organization of marketing materials and event equipmentCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and eventsMaintain a positive, energetic, and professional brand image at all timesQualificationsPrevious experience in brand promotion, retail sales, customer service, trade shows, or marketing preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable initiating conversations and engaging with the publicStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProfessional appearance and demeanorAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required for eventsAbility to lift, carry, and transport up to 50 pounds regularlyValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredPreferred SkillsExperience setting up and maintaining trade show or event displaysLead generation or direct sales experienceFamiliarity with CRM systems or customer tracking toolsExperience obtaining customer reviews or referral businessComfortable working in fast-paced public environmentsWork EnvironmentThis role involves frequent travel to trade shows, retail locations, customer sites, and promotional events.
