Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics Wanted

Locations: Kinston, Greenville, Williamston, and Wilson, NC Position Type: Full-Time Are you the kind of person who hears a rough engine and immediately knows how to make it purr? We are looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic to keep our fleet of heavy-duty diesel trucks, CNG, gas, and electrically operated equipment running smoothly and safely across Eastern North Carolina.

What You'll Do (The Fun Stuff):

Diagnose, repair, and rebuild heavy-duty diesel trucks and rolling stock. You're the expert who keeps our wheels turning.
Utilize cutting-edge diagnostic software alongside classic power and hand tools to solve operational riddles.
Plan and schedule repairs using our M5 planner, procure parts, and maintain a clean, organized work area you can be proud of.
Assist in training and orienting new team members, sharing your knowledge to help the crew grow.

What We're Looking For:

A High School Diploma or GED (a technical diploma is definitely a plus!).
At least one (1) year of hands-on experience as a diesel mechanic.
Computer literacy is a mustyou should be eager to learn our software systems and stay updated on the latest industry tech.
You aren't afraid of a workout. You can frequently lift, push, or pull up to 100 pounds and handle the active, loud environment of a bustling repair shop.
You possess, provide, and maintain the essential tools needed to perform heavy/hydraulic equipment maintenance.
A strong commitment to safety regulations and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
