Maintenance Technician

Role Description The Maintenance Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Lindsay, CA. This role is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing production equipment and facility systems to support safe and reliable operations. Day‑to‑day tasks include performing scheduled preventive maintenance, diagnosing equipment issues, and completing timely corrective repairs to minimize downtime. The Maintenance Technician will document work performed, support equipment upgrades or installations, and collaborate with production and quality teams to maintain food safety and GFSI standards. The role may also involve responding to maintenance emergencies, following safety procedures, and assisting in continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Strong skills in equipment maintenance and maintenance & repair for industrial or manufacturing environments. Proficiency in troubleshooting and industrial maintenance to diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic issues. Experience performing preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and reduce unplanned downtime. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders. Working knowledge of safety practices and regulatory requirements in a food or industrial setting. High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in maintenance, mechanics, or a related field preferred. Prior experience as a maintenance technician or mechanic in manufacturing; food processing experience is a plus.
