This position will officially begin July 2026.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to create a meaningful and helpful environment by showing our customers appreciation and kind service. Building right relationships with coworkers through transparent communication and teamwork is a key attribute.

Memorization plays a key role for creating drink consistency and customer retention. Our baristas are making blended coffees and refreshments using Starbucks recipes following a unique creation sequence.

Store Hours:

6 am - 10 pm

Booth Hours:

5 am - 8:30 pm

Requirements:

• Flexible to schedule up to 30 hours
• Weekday availability for Mid's/Closing Shift
• Weekend availability flexible to Opening, Mid's, & Closing Shifts
• Weekends include Friday - Sunday availability
• Holiday availability a must
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Interest in preparing coffee and refreshments
• Handling food according to state health codes
• Have an interest in product knowledge to support exceptional customer service
• Teamwork
• Maintain drink consistencies with the interest in learning new recipes
• Work in an energetic and face-paced environment
• Must have the ability to be organized and clean
