CCTV Project Technician

We are seeking an experienced and licensed Commercial Security & Low Voltage Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced CCTV and networking systems. This role requires running low-voltage cabling, bending conduit, reading blueprints, and configuring network equipment in commercial environments. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers to deliver high-quality installations that comply with all local and federal codes. Life, AD&D and LTD insurance Paid Vacation and Holidays Company-Matched 401(k) and IRA Retirement Savings Key Responsibilities System Installation: Install, troubleshoot, and maintain various commercial CCTV systems Cable Infrastructure: Run low-voltage Cat 6 cabling through commercial buildings Physical Infrastructure: Install conduit and drill concrete walls as required for cable pathways Network Integration: Complete all wiring, setup Main Distribution Frames (MDFs), and troubleshoot network switches System Testing: Conduct operational tests and troubleshoot new installations to guarantee functionality Compliance Verification: Ensure all systems satisfy customer contracts and meet local, state, and federal codes Team Collaboration: Assist Installation Team Leads and Project Managers with schedules and equipment delivery Required Qualifications & Licenses Licensing: Current, valid state Physical Security license and/or Life Safety license if applicable would be a plus Driving Record: Valid driver's license with a clean record (no DUI/DWI within the last 3 years) Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of cabling infrastructure, blueprints, site maps, and closeout documentation Safety Certifications: Certified (or willing to get certified in orientation class) to operate a boom or scissor lift and comfortable working at heights Tools & Transit: Own basic telecommunication tools, PPE, and reliable transit for the initial training period Availability: Flexible and fully available for project-related travel #J-18808-Ljbffr
