Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist I to support our client's healthcare facility in Wesley Chapel FL 33544

Job Details: 
Schedule:   weekdays 6a-3p and Sat 630a-1230p Eastern
Location:   Wesley Chapel FL 33544
Job Type: Local contract 
Contract Length: 06+months (with possible extension)
Pay Range: $19.00 to $21.26/hour*
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.  
Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Strong phlebotomy skills with the ability to perform collections accurately and efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment .
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and error-free work .
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime based on staffing needs.
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple locations, including Patient Service Centers and in-office phlebotomy sites, sometimes with minimal notice.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record, when applicable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with patients, peers, and supervisors.
• Ability to make decisions using established procedures and demonstrate good judgment.
• Comfortable working in a changing, fast-paced environment and adapting to operational needs.
• Keyboard and data-entry experience required.
• Commitment to company policies, procedures, dress code, employee health and safety, and workplace standards.
• Training locations may vary depending on trainer availability.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent – Required
• Medical Assistant or Paramedic training – Preferred
• Phlebotomy certification – Preferred
  • Required in California, Nevada, and Washington

Preferred Experience

• 2 years of experience working in a Patient Service Center environment.
• Customer service experience in a retail or service-based environment.
