Benefits Competitive Base Salary Bonus Opportunity Healthcare Benefits Vehicle/Allowance Stock PTO Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Estimator with a background in hardscape/masonry construction to support a high‑volume construction team. Salary: $75,000 - $115,000 per year Responsibilities Reviewing plans and specifications and performing detailed quantity takeoffs Estimating labor‑driven, self‑perform scopes and coordinating subcontractor pricing as needed Preparing competitive bids and supporting preconstruction efforts (working closely with operations to ensure estimates align with field execution) Ideal background Estimating experience in hardscape/masonry or landscape construction Strong plan‑reading and takeoff skills Familiarity with labor production rates, materials, and construction sequencing This is a great opportunity for an estimator who wants to stay close to the work and see projects through from bid to build.
