Pay : $17.00/hour
Hours : Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (with flexibility to work until 5:00 PM during busy periods)

As an Insulation Installation Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting energy-efficient building upgrades and ensuring client safety and comfort. You'll work closely with the project team to deliver high-quality results that make a difference in homes and businesses across Eugene.

What You'll Do

As an Insulation Installation Technician, you will be responsible for:
• Removing old insulation and vapor barriers efficiently to prepare spaces for new installations.
• Installing new insulation materials to improve energy efficiency and reduce noise.
• Applying fire-stopping materials to prevent the spread of smoke and fire, ensuring safety compliance.
• Installing vapor barriers, insulation, and encapsulation systems in crawl spaces and attics to maximize building performance.

• Ability to bend, stoop, and twist regularly in various environments.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds safely and consistently.
• Comfort working in crawl spaces and attics while adhering to all safety protocols.
• A strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and dedication to quality workmanship.
• Construction experience or relevant skills demonstrated through construction skill certification ID=10137.
