Job type: Full Time (Onsite) Schedule: Monday/Wednesday - 11 AM - 7 PM, Tuesday/Thursday/Friday - 9 AM - 5 PM, Saturday - 9 AM - 3 PM

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join a busy orthopedic, spine, and sports practice. The role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment while working collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong manual therapy skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a solid understanding of physical therapy operations and insurance processes.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients with spine and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques to improve patient mobility and reduce pain.
• Monitor and document patient progress, preparing detailed reports and treatment updates.
• Collaborate effectively with patients, staff, and physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the practice by maintaining high standards of care and service excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and valid New York State Physical Therapy License.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience preferred; new graduates may be considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven commitment to patient care.
• Self-motivated and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Preferred: Credentialed on insurance panels.
