Podcast Producer

Leading the development and production of the Overheard Sports podcast, the experienced Podcast Producer will manage all stages of production remotely on a contract basis, including guest booking, editorial development, and post-production. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end production of video podcasts, including booking high-profile guests and managing talent communication Develop episode concepts and produce segments while coordinating production logistics and timelines Partner with cross-functional teams to maximize content performance and ensure high creative standards are met Required qualifications 3-5+ years of experience producing comedy, sports, or personality-driven podcasts Strong editorial instincts with a deep understanding of compelling conversational content Experience overseeing all aspects of podcast production, from development to distribution Exceptional organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple productions simultaneously Background in unscripted digital media, sports, or comedy programming, with existing relationships in the industry Virtual Vocations Inc
