Mammography Technologist

Role: Full-time Mammography Technologist dedicated to women's breast health, performing high-quality 2D & 3D mammograms in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities: Conduct screening and diagnostic mammograms following MQSA and ACR guidelines, document patient histories, and ensure optimal image quality through QC/QA protocols. Provide compassionate patient care, breast health education, and maintain a safe, clean exam environment while practicing radiation safety and infection control. Collaborate with radiologists and sonographers to ensure continuity of care, adapting to a fast-paced outpatient setting. Qualifications & Skills: ARRT (R)(M) certification, current state license, BLS/CPR, and at least 1 year of mammography experience. Knowledge of MQSA, ACR guidelines, and mammography QC/QA required. Excellent patient communication, basic PC skills for RIS/PACS, flexibility, teamwork, and ability to stand for extended periods are essential.
