Radiation Therapist (Proton) Job Description We are searching for a Radiation Therapist to join our elite Proton team at Sibley Memorial Hospital. As a Therapist you will prepare and apply ionizing radiation to patients. Our Proton center uses the Hitatchi Gantry for pencil beam scanning and Vision RT for surface guided radiation therapy. We service a large number of pediatric patients with and without sedation as we team with Children's National Medical Center. The department has three (3) treatment rooms and sees an average of 20 patients per day per room. What Awaits You? Career growth and development Free on-site parking Diverse and collaborative working environment Comprehensive benefits package See our proton center Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of an approved Radiation Therapy Technology program American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiation Therapy Valid CPR Card Staff Level - No experience required. New grads encouraged to apply Attention to detail is a must. Salary Range: Minimum $45.11 per hour - Maximum $74.40 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
