Small Animal Medical Director Veterinarian Job, Rancho Cucamonga, California, USA

Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Small Animal Medical Director to lead a modern, full-service companion animal hospital while continuing to practice high-quality clinical medicine. This opportunity offers a balanced leadership and clinical role within a Monday-Friday schedule, allowing for strong work-life harmony without weekend commitments. The hospital provides comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental services for dogs and cats, supported by advanced diagnostic and surgical equipment including digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, surgical laser, full dental suite with digital dental imaging, and an in-house laboratory. The Medical Director will guide medical standards, mentor associate veterinarians, support hospital performance, and foster a collaborative and accountable team culture. Package:
