Paid Social Media Rep Contract

Job Description Pay: $29.37/hr Duration: 9/7/26 – 1/6/27 – This is a maternity leave coverage Hybrid: Onsite Mon-Thu, Remote Friday Location: Orlando, FL The team is looking for someone with experience in Media campaigns via Meta, Snap, Tiktok, etc. They should be able to ask questions, be detail oriented and take really good notes at meetings, They will help manage projects and campaigns across several departments. POSITION SUMMARY: The Associate Representative is responsible for the oversight of Paid Social campaigns on prominent Social Media Platforms for the domestic market in collaboration with an external agency. The Associate Representative will collaborate with other Paid Social Media Team Members and an external agency on reporting, communication, analysis of media and other assigned responsibilities relating to Paid Social Media activation. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Leverage a deep understanding of business strategy and the role of media to oversee the execution and performance of paid social campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Supports managers in the execution of media campaigns within assigned channel. Media campaign execution includes: vendor selection, budget management, within media platforms and partners. Coordinate the collection and delivery of creative assets for paid social campaigns, manage all campaign trafficking through external agency and conduct thorough QA reviews to ensure accurate setup, creative implementation, tracking, and campaign execution. Attend and actively participate in meetings, including vendor meetings and cross-functional team discussions to align on campaign strategy, share performance insights, troubleshoot challenges, and coordinate upcoming initiatives. Collaborate with agency partners to develop quarterly and annual paid media plans, including budget allocation, media partner recommendations, channel strategies, and campaign tactics for internal stakeholder review and approval. Navigates effectively through difficult issues, builds required consensus to drive business needs and results. Ability to write strategic media plans as part of overall marketing plans. Team oriented – approachable and viewed as a leader. Use of Microsoft Office Software Suite and media planning tools. EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing or related field EXPERIENCE: ; 1+ years of paid media experience within Paid Social Media.
