Role Description The Marketing & Training Manager leads the development and execution of ASI Dental Specialties’ marketing strategy, with a focus on content marketing, lead generation, and brand visibility across digital and traditional channels. This role oversees marketing staff and collaborates directly with executive management to drive measurable growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, dental or healthcare industry experience, and a deep familiarity with modern digital marketing toools including HubSpot. This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing & Training Manager based in Englewood, CO. Qualifications Experience in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Brand Development. Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Content Creation, and Social Media Management tools. Strong Analytical skills, including data analysis and performance tracking. Direct and mentor marketing staff, managing workload distribution and ensuring timely completion of projects and deliverables. Effective Communication, Team Collaboration, and Leadership capabilities. Detail-oriented with strong Organizational and Project Management skills. Proficiency in relevant tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing software.
