Collections analyst

Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $20 - $23.13 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

- Will be looking at physical legal docs to ensure that all items within doc are accurate, match corresponding paperwork, meet state requirements.
- Test info before it's sent out to 3rd party legal partners.
- Checking notarization on documents.
- May do judgement and complaint validations as needed.



Qualifications:

- Knowledge of collection law (ideal)
- Experience with litigation (specifically civil procedures)
- Experience as a Q/A analyst or (functionally acting as Q/A)
- Basic MS systems (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, teams)
o Basic computer skills
- Understanding credit cards
