Job Description

Locums | Cardiology (Inpatient) | Everett, WA (IMLC accepted) Why This Role

Defined weekly coverage blocks through year-end and into January
Multiple openings (2 providers needed) — continuity preferred
IMLC accepted
Established inpatient cardiology service with APP support (3 PA/NPs)

Assignment Details

Coverage weeks (more weeks prioritized for continuity):
Schedule: Inpatient onsite days 7a-5:30p + night pager call 5p-7a on some nights (not every night)
Important: provider must cover BOTH inpatient shifts AND night call (bids accepted only for both)
Call: Beeper, 20-minute response
Volume: 15-18 patients/day
Setting: Inpatient cardiology, including ICU
EMR: Epic
Credentialing: ~90 days

Clinical Details

Inpatient cardiology including ICU
Required scope: echocardiography, TEE, nuclear cardiology
No invasive/interventional cardiology required (no cath lab, EP, or interventional procedures)

Requirements

Board Certified in Cardiology
Active WA license or IMLC

Compensation

Rate negotiable, open to your number
Malpractice provided
Travel and lodging reimbursed
