About the Job

Are you a licensed COTA who enjoys hands-on patient care and the flexibility of working in the community?

@Home Therapy is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide home-based occupational therapy services to adult patients in Astoria.

In this role, you will work under the direction of a supervising Occupational Therapist and help patients practice the skills they need to manage everyday life more safely and independently.

Your Responsibilities May Include:

Carrying out treatment programs established by the supervising OT.
Assisting patients with functional activities and daily routines.
Reinforcing therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques.
Observing patient performance and reporting changes or concerns.
Supporting caregivers with therapy recommendations.
Completing accurate visit documentation.

Requirements:

Active New York State COTA license.
Strong communication and patient care skills.
