About the Role:
Chatman Dental Care LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled General Dentist 3-4 days per week with a commitment of one Saturday (830am-245p) per month to join our growing practice in Locust Grove, GA. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality dental care in a welcoming, patient-focused environment where your expertise truly makes a difference.
Our compensation package offers a base daily rate draw or 32% commission on total net productions (whichever is higher).
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients of all ages
- Provide a full range of general dentistry services including fillings, extractions, crowns, and preventive care
- Deliver patient education on oral hygiene, treatment options, and post-procedure care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and clinical documentation
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Stay current with the latest dental techniques, technologies, and continuing education requirements
- Uphold infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA compliance standards at all times
Requirements:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution
- Active Georgia dental license or eligibility to obtain one
- Experience in general dentistry; new graduates with strong clinical training are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in restorative, preventive, and basic oral surgery procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented dental practice
- Current CPR/BLS certification
