Tech Lead

We are seeking a Tech Lead to guide a development team, translating business requirements into technical solutions. This role involves overseeing system design, enforcing code quality, and mentoring engineers. The position requires strong technical leadership to drive projects and contribute to the team's strategic roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, clean, and maintainable code while enforcing coding best practices.
• Conduct code reviews across all engineering levels.
• Lead system design and oversee architecture to ensure performance, scalability, and availability.
• Serve as the team's technical subject matter expert and mentor junior engineers.
• Refine and document technical requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks for the development team.
• Manage code reviews, merges, and release branches.
• Define high-level application and platform architecture, communicating design decisions and trade-offs.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Technical Skills:

• .NET full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency with Jira for documenting technical requirements.
• Experience with GitLab, including code reviews, merges, and release branch management.
