If you're ready to grow your career with a company that invests in its employees and recognizes great work, we'd love to meet you.As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties, you will:Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry-related maintenance issuesDiagnose and service split-system heat pumps and other residential mechanical systemsComplete maintenance service requests efficiently while providing exceptional customer servicePerform apartment turns and help prepare homes for new residentsMaintain the appearance and safety of the community in accordance with company standardsCommunicate professionally with residents and onsite team members regarding repairs and work order updatesParticipate in the rotating on-call schedule supporting Fox RunCompensation & Incentives:Base Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hourUp to 50% Rent DiscountProperty Staff Shared Renewal CommissionsMorgan Essentials: $300 quarterlyOn-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phoneMedical, Dental, and Vision Benefits401(k) Retirement Plan with Company MatchGenerous Paid Time Off, including 10 paid holidays and sick leaveHours & Schedule:Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMRotating paid on-call participation requiredMust be available to respond to after-hours emergency maintenance needsSchedule subject to change based on business needsWhat We'll Expect From You:Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in apartment, residential, or commercial maintenanceEPA Certification required; HVAC certification strongly preferredWorking knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general carpentryActive, valid driver's license and reliable personal transportationAbility to live within a 30-minute commute of the communityStrong customer service skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
