Overview Best food runner job! 16.00 hr + tips no late nights no early mornings. Windsor Cay Resort! Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests quickly, accurately, and with a smile.
- Double-check orders for accuracy, presentation, and special requests before leaving the kitchen.
- Communicate clearly with servers, kitchen staff, and management to keep service running smoothly.
- Assist with table resets, clearing plates, and maintaining a clean, organized service area.
- Support the team during peak hours by anticipating needs and jumping in wherever help is needed.
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely food delivery.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Comfortable carrying trays and plates of varying weights.
- Ability to navigate crowded dining areas safely and efficiently.
- Other Requirements:
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
