Responsibilities & Requirements

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for assisting in direct care to patients undergoing surgical intervention by selecting, setting up and passing of sterile instruments to the surgeon and assistants, under the direction of the RN and the surgeon. Performs other duties as assigned.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (NLN)
BLS Certification
Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Licensed Practical Nurse
OR Scrubbing Skills preferred
Customer service skills
Able to multi-task, prioritize and function in a high stress environment
