Assistant Store Manager - New Store Opening

Job Summary As an Assistant Store Manager, you assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring performance, compliance, and great guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in leading team members and maintaining a positive store culture. Coach, train, and motivate employees to support engagement initiatives. Champion a guest‑first mindset and build strong local community relationships. Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment and enforce hygiene, cleaning and safety standards. Uphold brand standards and local regulatory requirements consistently. Assist with stock handling, inventory counts, ordering and keep cost of goods sold within target. Help drive sales growth and store profitability, monitor performance metrics, and report opportunities or risks. Qualifications At least one year of leadership experience supervising a team and daily operations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build trust, resolve conflicts and foster collaboration. A strong ambition to grow into a people‑focused leader with a long‑term career in management. Full‑time availability.
