Local Class A CDL Truck Driver

Job Description

Looking for steady local freight, predictable hours, and weekends off? We are hiring a local Class A CDL Driver for dedicated, 100% Home Daily runs across South Carolina and North Carolina. Work with a family-owned fleet where drivers are treated like family, operating steady year-round volume with zero touch freight.

Pay & Performance Incentives

Base Hourly Rate: $25.00 per hour (Weekly Direct Deposit)
Average Weekly Pay : $1,350-$1,450
Average Shift Length: 10+ hours/day (50–55 hours per week)
Weekly Safety Bonus: Earn up to 8% additional pay ($100–$110 extra per week)
- ~90% of our drivers consistently achieve their full safety bonus every single week!

Route Details & Home Time

Home Time: Home Every Single Day (Monday – Friday, Weekends Off!)
Operating Area: Local runs between the Port of Charleston , Harleyville yard, and Upstate SC customers ( Greenville, Anderson, Greer, Duncan ), with occasional runs up to Raleigh, NC .
Freight Types: Intermodal Containers & Dry Van
Touch Freight: 100% No-Touch Freight (50% Drop & Hook)

Qualifications & Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
Minimum 3 years of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience
Container / Port or regional dry van experience preferred
Clean driving record (MVR & PSP)
Valid DOT Physical and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
