NICU Excellence + Collegial Team – Discover Your Next Career MoveYou'll love this role because it offers a 34-bed, Level III NICU with diverse acuity and case variety. You'll work in a collaborative 2 Neonatologist / 4 NNP model with NNPs in-house 24 hours a day. Home call for Neonatologists after rounds is available, and there are 1,500–2,000 deliveries annually. You'll also participate in newborn nursery rounds and be part of an NNP-led transport team, with physicians covering in-house during transports.
