Job Description Description SAIC is seeking anMQ-9 Flight Simulator Field Service Representativeto provide software and systems support for the MALET JSIL Aircrew Trainer (MJAT) located at Nellis AFB in Las Vegas, NV.The MALET-JSIL Aircrew Trainer (MJAT) is a plug-and-play training capability that converts a current tactical MQ-9 Reaper ER ground control station (GCS) into a training simulator. The trainer provides UAS/RPA operators the ability to conduct simulation training as part of their qualification and follow-on continuation training to maintain proficiency and currency in all required operator tasks.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Provide software and systems support for the MALET JSIL Aircrew Trainer (MJAT)Requires integration of GOTS/COTS/EOM software and hardware components, understanding of wired networking, and application of life cycle system sustainmentDeploy, maintain, and upgrade systems across the enterpriseProvide on-site technical support, operational training of the system, and assistance in developing training scenariosAct as a representative of the JSIL toward the customer Qualifications REQUIRED EDUCATION:BS degree and two (2) years of experience; four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degreeREQUIRED SKILLS:Intermediate knowledge or understanding of Cisco Switches and FirewallsIntermediate experience troubleshooting IT systems and hardwareDemonstrated experience with Windows, Redhat, and VMWareFamiliarity with MQ-9, MJAT, UAVs/Simulators, and UAV ground control stations (GCS) REQUIRED CLEARANCE:Active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI Overview SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.SAIC®is a premier mission integrator focused on advancing the power of technology and innovation to serve and protect our world.
