Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license (State of New Mexico)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Experience with pediatric populations and school settings preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, families, and educational teams
• Document student progress and communicate results with parents and staff
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and staff development as needed
• Support a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
