About Real Chemistry Real Chemistry is a global digital communications agency that transforms healthcare through science‑driven storytelling, deep scientific expertise, and AI‑powered insights. We work with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients across promotional medical education, medical affairs, and scientific visualization. Role Overview We are building a pipeline of mid‑to‑senior level creative talent (copy and art) to shape how complex science is translated into compliant, impactful storytelling for healthcare professionals and patients. Responsibilities Create strategy for promotional medical education campaigns for biotech and pharmaceutical clients. Develop medical affairs initiatives including advisory board materials, congress materials, and scientific platforms. Produce creative data storytelling, mechanism‑of‑action content, and digital experiences. Execute integrated, omnichannel campaigns across digital, live, and experiential formats. Qualifications Experience in medical communications, healthcare advertising, or life‑sciences (preferred). Ability to translate complex scientific data into clear, engaging, and accurate content. Fluency in working across promotional and non‑promotional environments with an understanding of compliance considerations. Strong collaboration skills across strategy, medical, account, and client stakeholders. A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking and execution across channels. For copy roles: strategy experience for long and short‑form content, scientific messaging, and data‑rooted storytelling. For art roles: creative strategy in visual systems, digital & experiential design, and scientific visualization. Location & Remote Policy Hybrid model with offices in New York City, Boston, Lambertville, Chicago, San Francisco, and Carmel. Remote work is an option; however, for some roles, travel or proximity to a client location may be required. We expect employees within an hour of an office to attend in‑office two days per week (Real HART policy).
