Spreetail is seeking a Learning and Development Manager who will be embedded on the fulfillment center floor to own onboarding and safety culture across sites. This role is not a desk‑bound trainer and requires hands‑on program development and field delivery. You will design and maintain training materials, SOPs, and instructions while partnering with site leadership to improve safety, onboarding quality, and operational performance.
