CDL-A Truck Driver Run OTR Out 21 Home 7‑100% No Touch-$90-$112K (Full Time) Types of Jobs: OTR Van CDL‑A OTR Truck Drivers interested in earning $90‑$112K per year by working 40 weeks and having 12 weeks off each year (9 months on, 3 months off). All freight is no‑touch and 85% drop‑and‑hook. Responsibilities Operate the truck and drive all routes across the United States except the State or City of New York. Park at a company facility in Ohio, Pennsylvania or North Carolina at the end of each 21‑day shift and use company provided flights for home and return travel. Maintain all hourly fueling logs and trailer inspections. Operate and maintain equipment with on‑board kitchen facilities, microwave, inverter, APU, flatscreen TV and XM radio. Equipment Trucks are typically 18 months old and include Freightliners, Krauss-Maffei, or International models. Pay & Benefits Starting pay ranges from $0.67 to $0.72 CPM based on experience and hazmat credentials. Full benefits commence after 60 days and include bonus, PTO, medical, dental, 401(k) and more. Qualifications Minimum of 12 months OTR experience in the last 15 months, with at least 2 months driving in the Northeast or Upper Midwest during December, January or February. No DOT Preventable Recordable accidents in the last 5 years. No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years, excluding major violations (e.g., 15 over, reckless). No more than 2 incidents and the total number of moving violations and accidents must not exceed 3. No DUI in the last 8 years and no more than one DUI in a lifetime. No failed or refused DOT drug or alcohol test regardless of how long ago it occurred. All felonies and misdemeanors must be at least 10 years old.
