Agency M+P Job Function Media Job Subfunction Media Activation Job Description Merkley+Partners is seeking a strategic and dynamicGroup Analytics Directorto lead and evolve our analytics organization across three core areas: Data Science Advanced Analytics Reporting & Measurement This is a senior leadership role for someone who can balance big-picture strategic thinking with operational excellence and client partnership. While the current business is weighted toward reporting and measurement, we are looking for a leader who can help modernize and expand the agency’s broader analytics capabilities, driving innovation in advanced analytics and data science. The ideal candidate will bring a strong point of view on measurement, marketing effectiveness, and analytics transformation while serving as a trusted advisor to clients, agency leadership, and Omnicom partner teams. A significant scope of the role will support our luxury automotive business. 250,000-260,000 Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
