We offer a positive, supportive team environment with prize opportunities, and optional team gatherings.Benefits: 100% company‑paid health insurance401(k) with 4% company match after one year (immediate vesting)Company stipend toward supplemental insurance of your choice2 weeks of paid vacation (accrual starting day one, available after 90 days)9 Paid holidays40 hours of Paid sick daysCompany shirt / sweatshirtWe are looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper, someone with accounting experience within the construction or similar industry to manage accounting functions and financial reporting.Position: Full-Charge BookkeeperCompensation: $57,000 - $60,000Works Schedule: Monday through FridayWork Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pmLocation: In officePosition overview: Maintaining a complete and accurate set of financial records for the companyOversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing, general ledger entries, and daily reconciliationsPrevailing wagePrepare deposits, electronic check deposits, credit card deposits, and physical check depositsCollections on accounts receivableEnsure timely and accurate tax filings, including payroll taxes and other regulatory requirementsRecording financial transactions, reconciling payments and adjustments, and preparing monthly financial statementsOversee the processing of payroll, ensuring accuracy and complianceEnsure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled in QuickBooks desktopWorking closely with the Owner to support financial planning, budgeting, and alignment with company goalsDaily working in QuickBooks desktop and Field Edge our cloud-based CRMSupporting other office duties including answering the phoneRequired Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Bookkeeping, financial management, or accountingProficiency in QuickBooksAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft ExcelCustomer ServiceStrong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirementsExcellent analytical, detailed oriented, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work independentlyExperience in the Construction, HVAC, Plumbing, or similar industry - desiredDegree in accounting, finance, or a related field - desiredCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
