  • Monitor client progress through regular check-ins, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

  • Stay informed about the latest research in mood disorders and therapeutic techniques to enhance client treatment strategies.

You will be working primarily with individuals facing mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Your role will also encompass supporting high-risk populations including homeless individuals, refugees, and victims of domestic abuse. Your ability to connect empathetically with a diverse client base will be key to their healing process and overall mental health journey.

  • Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

  • Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
