We don't just deliver products - we deliver precision, craftsmanship, and reliability to our clients. Position Summary: nVIUS Graphics is seeking a senior-level prepress professional to prepare customer artwork for flexographic plate production. This is a technical production position rather than a traditional creative graphic-design role. Key Responsibilities: Review customer artwork and specifications for completeness, accuracy, and printability. Prepare files for flexographic plate production, including trapping, overprints, knockouts, separations, distortion, screening, layout, and step-and-repeat. Identify potential production or press problems and communicate questions or recommendations clearly to customers. Produce and carefully review electronic proofs before customer approval and plate manufacturing. Manage multiple active jobs and priorities in a deadline-driven production environment. Work collaboratively with customers and internal plate-production personnel. Use Hybrid Packz, Cloudflow, Tectonics, Adobe Illustrator, and related production software. Required Qualifications: Professional experience in prepress, print production, or packaging graphics. Strong understanding of trapping, overprints, knockouts, color separations, registration, bleeds, screening, and other print-production fundamentals. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and experience working with production-ready files. Ability to interpret technical specifications and apply them accurately. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to perform thorough self-checks. Ability to identify file problems and make informed decisions about print quality without step-by-step supervision. Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience preparing artwork for flexographic printing. Experience with poly bags, labels, folding cartons, or other packaging applications. Experience with Hybrid Packz, Cloudflow, or Tectonics. Familiarity with photopolymer plate production, distortion, screening, and plate-layout requirements. What We Offer: Competitive salary, based on skills and experience.
