Job Description

The Facilities Coordinator supports the day-to-day operation of a corporate office, coordinating vendors, space planning, audio/visual needs, office moves, space changes, and maintenance program improvements.

Responsibilities

Coordinate corporate office facilities activities and services.
Manage vendor coordination and support service delivery.
Support office moves and space changes.
Assist with space planning and workplace adjustments.
Coordinate audio/visual requirements for office spaces and activities.
Contribute to maintenance program improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in facilities coordination.
Experience with facilities management software and work order systems.
Knowledge of inventory management and budget tracking.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
