This is a hunter-style B2B sales role focused on acquiring new small to mid-sized business clients within an assigned territory. The position is responsible for executing a top-down sales strategy, prospecting and qualifying decision-makers, uncovering business challenges, quantifying needs, and presenting solutions that deliver measurable ROI. Success in this role requires a consultative selling approach, using data-driven conversations to engage executives rather than simply pitching products. Representatives are expected to spend the majority of their time in the field building relationships, leveraging tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo to identify and access target accounts.
