Duties Lead transaction execution and manage deal processes. Draft and negotiate principal transaction documents. Serve as day-to-day contact for founders, executives, and investment professionals. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across practices and offices. Mentor junior associates and contribute to practice growth. Participate in business development and client relationship management. Requirements 3-7 years of experience at a leading law firm. Experience with venture capital, growth equity, or related corporate transactions. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and project management skills. Strong academic credentials and communication abilities. Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to contribute to practice growth. California bar admission or eligibility for admission. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the California State Bar.
