Patient Service Rep - General

Receptionist Front Desk

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly

Requirements:

• Front desk experience
• Experience with scheduling
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience with EMR (Epic)
• Prior healthcare experience preferred
• Must live within 20 minutes of the location

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors at the front desk.
• Manage patient scheduling and appointments.
• Handle telephone inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Collaborate with other healthcare staff to ensure efficient operations.
