Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) Position in College Park, GA - EI, Clinic-Based

Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our trusted ABA partner in College Park, GA. This is a full-time, clinic-based position for a non-PE backed ABA company who is offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for this location!

• Job Title: Clinical Supervisor/BCBA
• Base Salary: Annual base salary ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 (not including bonuses)
• Bonus Structure: Additional $50 per hour billed past minimum requirement
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
• Shift Details: Full-Time, Mon-Fri
• Setting: Clinic; In-person
• Caseload/Billable Requirement: 6-8 clients; Min. requirement is 27.5 hours/week
• Location: College Park, GA

Clinical Supervisor's Job Responsibilities

• Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand your clients
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and evidence-based interventions
• Manage a caseload of no more than 6-8 clients
• Supervise, support and nurture RBT’s and BCBA fieldwork candidates to deliver the highest standards of care
• Review session notes and data taken by the client's team in order to monitor progress and ensure fidelity of treatment implementation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal clinical outcomes -Empower parents and caregivers through parent training to be partners in their child’s goals and achievements.
• Meet or exceed weekly billable treatment hour requirement of 27.5 hours

Clinical Supervisor's Billable Requirements & Bonus Structure Details

• 27.5 hours/week or 55 hours/pay period
• Once the Clinical Supervisor's billable hour requirement is met per pay period, they are eligible for an additional productivity bonus and one work from home day in the next pay period.

What You'll Need

• Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
• Valid BCBA Certification
• Applicable license to practice within Georgia
• 1+ years of experience as a BCBA
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
