The Role We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who takes real ownership of the customer experience. You'll be a key connection point between our customers, sales team, and warehouse; keeping orders moving, solving problems, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. We're looking for someone who communicates confidently, follows through relentlessly, and uses good judgment to get things done. If you like being the person others can count on, you'll fit right in! What You'll Do Respond to customer inquiries by phone, web chat, email, and in person with timely, accurate, and professional support. Take and enter customer orders accurately, including product, pricing, shipping, and other relevant information. Track orders, shipments, backorders, and deliveries, proactively keeping customers informed of updates or issues. Investigate and resolve routine order, shipment, product, return/RMA, and service issues, owning follow-through through resolution. Partner with Inside Sales, Account Managers, warehouse operations, purchasing, and other teams to keep customer needs moving. Recognize buying signals and potential sales opportunities, gather the right context, and connect customers with the appropriate sales owner. Support walk-in and pickup customers and coordinate fulfillment with the warehouse team. Maintain accurate customer and order records, and surface recurring issues or opportunities to improve the customer experience. What We're Looking For Previous experience in customer service, customer support, sales support, order management, account coordination, or a similar customer-facing role. Clear, confident, and professional communication by phone, email, and in person. Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple customer needs and follow-ups at once. A strong ownership mindset - you look for solutions, use good judgment, and close the loop. Reliable follow-through and the ability to work effectively across teams. Ability to work fully on-site in Commerce, GA on a consistent schedule. Nice to Have Experience supporting B2B sales teams. Experience in distribution, e-commerce, wholesale, technology, or another order-driven environment. Experience with order entry, order and shipment tracking, returns or RMAs, CRM or ERP systems, web-based customer support tools, or warehouse/fulfillment coordination. Familiarity with networking equipment, connectivity products, cables, or related technology products. Compensation & Benefits Pay: $21.00-$24.00/hour Health Benefits: Medical plan with company contribution. Insurance: Company-sponsored long-term disability and life insurance.
