Nurse Lead, General Surgery — Shift Coach

Christus Health

Christus Health is seeking an RN Lead for General Surgery in Hessmer, LA. This role coordinates day-to-day nursing activities, directs clinical staff, and implements unit plans to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. The position requires a BSN (preferred), 2 years of clinical experience, and BLS; RN license in the state or a compact is required.
